Attention Please

Due to contingency situation, all shipping options are having delays, so please consider this when you place an order. FedEx will be still marked as "Express" since it is the fastest option within a time of 4-6 days if there's no customs or special situation within your country. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience

All items in our store are 3D printed, unless other manufacturing method specified. Everything is scaled to the 1/12th or 1/6th scale to fit that kind of figures, but due to manufacturer's different molds and designs, some parts may need adjustments to properly fit on figures.

All our designs and products are intended to customizers and hobbyists, so in many cases a little detailing and paint work is required for a final product, unless a "finished product" option is offered.

Every item has its own description and part details on its product page.

Everything is shipped from Otumba, Estado de México, México, and every package is labeled as such.

Transit times are not up to us, once shipped, we're not responsible for the time it takes to arrive and deliver, depending on the service acquired.

We do offer delivery warranty. If the package is missed, damaged or stolen, insurance is available for every order using FedEx service. For registered post, also can be applied, but we're subject to the Mexican post service response.

For incomplete orders and missing items, we do offer free of charge shipping of the parts using only registered post to ship them, tracking info is provided.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations available only within 5 business days since the order placement and only when the order hasn't been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, no cancellations available.

A cancelled order generates a fee of 25% of the order cost only (shipping is refunded completely).

Item refunds apply only when an order is incomplete, damaged by wrong packaging or wrong items sent. If damaged by parcel services, insurance applies and we're subject to their response and procedure times. Item refunds will be made of a 90% of the value of the parts.

Order returns are accepted within 4 days after the package delivery only for bad quality or mistaken parts. The complete received order must be shipped to the same address of the shipped package, using the parcel service of the customer's preference, the return shipping cost is up to the customer.

 

If this occurs, refund will be made to the original paypal address used to place the order and will be refunded only when the returned order is received and inspected in our warehouse. Penalties apply for missing or damaged items due to wrong packaging. If damaged by the parcel service, we do solve it on our own.
